Elizabeth Rowray is the Chief Economic Development Officer & President/CEO of the Muncie-Delaware County Chamber of Commerce & Muncie-Delaware County Economic Development Alliance. In addition, Rowray serves as an Indiana State Representative serving portions of Delaware and Madison Counties.  She previously worked for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, DC. and as a Legislative Director for U.S. Congressman Mark Souder. 

Rowray is a graduate of Ball State University (#ChirpChirp) and Muncie Burris High School. She completed the four-year U.S. Chamber of Commerce Organization Management program with an IOM Designation. Rowray has been an active volunteer in the Muncie and Delaware County communities, serving as member of the Yorktown School Board, President of Muncie Rotary, and founding Board members of Shaffer Leadership and the Association of IT Professionals Muncie Chapter.

She is blessed with a Handsome Husband, three (almost always) fantastic children, SuperDog Max, and a series 600 Roomba that picks up after all of them.
